PBE Tentative Balance Changes

Summoners, a PBE patch has been deployed with changes to Kassadin, Anivia and a few other small changes.

Champions

 

Anivia

• Basic attack missile speed increased to 1400 from 1100.
• Crystallize ( W ) mana cost reduced to 70 at all ranks from 70/90/110/130/150
• Flash Frost ( Q ) mana cost reduced to   80/90/100/110/120 from 80/120/140/160

Kassadin

• Null Sphere ( Q ) damage lowered to 80/100/120/140/160 from 80/115/150/185/220
• Nether Blade ( W ) - reworked:

• Passive now deals 30/45/60/75/90 ( 0.4 AP ) magic damage.

• Active now reads "Kassadin charges his Nether Blade for his next attack, doubling it's passive damage to 60/90/120/150/180 (+.8 ) and restoring 20/25/30/35/40 mana. Mana restore triples to 60/75/90/105/120 againt champions [ note: also resets auto attack ]

• mana cost reduced to 0 from 25 at all ranks.

• Cooldown reduced to 9/8/7/6/5 from 12 at all ranks

• Force Pulse damage lowered to 80/110/140/170/200 from  80/130/180/230/280

Nasus

• Wither ( W ) range reduced to 500 from 700

• ( R ) tool tip no longer lists increasing cast ranges.

Olaf

• Undertow (Q ) slow reduced to 29/33/37/41/45 from 35/40/45/50/55

Riven

• Broken Wings ( Q ) - 1st, 2nd, 3rd use damage lowered to 10/30/50/70/90 ( +.4 total AD ) from 30/55/80/105/130 ( +.7 bonus AD )
• Valor ( E ) shield duration lowered to 1.5 from 2.5

Shyvana

• Burnout  ( W ) damage lowered to 20/35/50/65/80 from 25/40/55/70/85
• Flame Breath ( E ) damage reduced to 60/100/140/180/220 from 80/115/150/185/220

Items

Spirit Visage 

• Cooldown reduction lowered to 10% from 20%

Sunfire Cape

• Damage changed to 25 + ( Character Level ) from flat 40

Blackfire Torch

• Movement speed lowered to 5% from 10%

Entropy

• Total cost lowered to 2700 from 3475
• Build Path now Phage + Pickaxe from Phage + BF sword
• Attack damage lowered to 55 from 70

Grez's Spectral Lantern

• Total cost now 1350 from 1450g

Hextech Sweeper

• Total cost now 2000 from 2200g

The Lightbringer

• Total cost reduced to 2200 from 2500

Two old items that are not currently available on live have returned with new stats! These are only available on Dominion and Twisted Treeline

Wicked Hatchet

• Total cost now 1260
• +15 AD
• +12% Crit
• Unique Passive: Crit Strikes cause your target to bleed for an additional 30% of your bonus AD for 3 seconds.

Lord Van Damm's Pillager

• Total cost : 3800
• +70 AD
• +25% Crit
• Unique Passive - Crit strikes deal 250% damage instead of 200%
